Twitch drops claimed but not received

I have participated in 3 twitch drops for battle.net over the past three months and I have not received them. My battle.net account is connected to my twitch account. I only logged into my region. My Twitch account shows that I have claimed all three. I do not have any un-opened gifts. I have searched for the three items using the correct filters. I opened a ticket and received a AI response from battle.net customer service about how to claim twitch drops. I sent the ticket back in to customer service but do not have high hopes. I guess I need to shut down my twitch account. Not worth my time.

Well it wasnt a bot or ai ansering tickets i dont get this fixation on ai and bots taking over everything blizzard doesnt use ai or bots for tickets. Gms just cant hand out rewards thats why they sent you support artcles on how to figure it out.

CS can not award these drops, and Twitch support can’t force them through either.

Did you change any account information on your bnet account, and after relink them? If you relink the same Bnet account to twitch you do not have a cooldown. Relinking them might force a push on the rewards, but the last 2 ones might already be expired unfortunately.

Just to ask:

Did you have the sound on the live stream? You can’t have it at zero.

Do you have it as the main active tab? Some of them have you require to be the one you’re actively streaming.

Also just to check, the sweatsuit is not a set, only Legs and Chest.

From what I can see, Erthekta, you have the license for the Violet Sweatpants and Violet Sweatshirt, they wear claimed on 11/12. Looking at your collection they are appearing there as well.

Where are you looking for them?

TY Kozzae for the images, I was also looking for the mogs. I was not aware they would automatically be placed in the appearances. TY again.

If this can be corroborated, it would confirm this is likely browser-specific.

I can say with certainty that it is not a requirement through Opera, I will mute a stream tab and immediately switch to something on Netflix. :grimacing:

When I’m farming a Twitch drop, I mute the browser tab and either play WoW or read the forums (usually both).

Edit - I use Firefox.

You can mute a tab it’s on using your browser, but you cannot mute volume from the stream itself from the Twitch video viewer.

You can mute it from the Twitch app as well and it works. I have android, not sure if it’s any different on iPhone.

Battle.net responed to my updated ticket. They looked into it and everything is connected properly and claimed but they aren’t sure why half shell and brewmaster aren’t in game. I am supposed to report it as a bug. I have decided to disconnect twitch and move on. I will just stick to in game rewards from now on and avoid the frustration.

Have you checked to make sure you do not have any filters engaged that might be excluding the items in question?
