Hey, FYI Rooks is still going strong, with some of the early members on regularly. Mostly we come and go and pick up where we left off so if you are a returning Rook on TN, hunt up an officer to come home where you belong

Stass, human rogue.
I did some raiding with Red Sector A and ran bgs with Rockem for a while. Also joined Rooks for a bit in Vanilla. I’ve played off and on ever since, checking in every expansion at least. Raided with Pro Lucror in TBC on my priest (Ghenn) and spent Wrath/Cata with Scarlet Dawn.
I’m not the most talkative, so I generally fly under the radar. I see a lot of familiar names in this thread, though. Curious to see who remembers me.
Also, if anyone else is terrible with guild names, you can use WarcraftRealms’ character history tool to remind yourself who you used to run with.

hey! I remember your name! Yeah that was a good time. WoA raiding was a bunch of good friends who had been playing together a long time. We relied pretty heavily on the kindness of others to come in and fill out our raid-rosters. Good to hear from you!

Are you all rolling on Grobbulus then? I’m a little worried after the hype is over this might be the one server whose population dips to levels that are unsustainable, though on the flipside, less likely to have a queue

Wow! A few names and several guilds here I remember.
Used to play as Githane, human healadin/cleansebot in The Steel Brotherhood. Very scrub guild, but I had a lot of fond memories of folks from there.
Stupid excited to come back and have servers with actual communities again.

I got in on Blood Orchid a little before they disbanded over the level 39 fiasco. I had a really great time PvPing with them and would love to reconnect. Daly was a great priest, as was Imset. Hell, the whole group were fun.

I played this very character as a balance druid during Classic. I was in Reverentia Aeternitas (invited by Tristantia, whom I’ll always appreciate for her kindness), The Cordial Blade, Tears of Elune, Tears (when Loranthis disbanded Tears of Elune), and finally Rooks. I saw that some of us Rooks are already in this thread. It’s always nice to see that.
I also played Thryth the human paladin and later in Burning Crusade Shealc the draenei shaman.
