then answer the question
Oy veyâŚof course I donât think better gear is against the rules. As Iâve said in this thread before, thatâs literally the point of an MMO. Thereâs motivation to get gear, and thatâs part of the funâŚgetting better gear, surviving longer and doing better. Progression is the core to any game.
And no, twinks isnât just âgetting better gearâ.
Ok now is wearing iron filled gloves against the rules
Obviously it is in real boxing, but the analogy of having iron-gloves for our purposes of relating to twinks I think is still valid. If you want to use another analogy, throw one out that makes sense and weâll use it.
Ok heres one you might like. A twink is the guy that goes to the court wearing proper tennis shoes. And some of the other kids are wearing flip flops.
Thatâs a good startâŚbut the key difference, is that the players wearing the flip-flops were not given the opportunity to get tennis shoes, because theyâd have moved onto the next tennis tournamentâŚso the guy with tennis shoes dominates all of the flip-flop wearers, because he cheated to play against those ill-equipped players.
Everyone has the same opportunities and capabilities. Just like the guys in flip flops, they chose not to use them to their full advantage.
False. They are using an exploit so that they donât also earn the experience that would move them up to that next tennis league, where all the players have tennis shoes.
Prior to the separation, obviously.
Sure, but who on Earth cares about that fail fest? Blizzard already corrected that problem, which brings us back to square one I guess, lol.
Unless youâre a twink. Then itâs bad, right?
The only problem was people failing to prepare and then complaining about it.
That was your choice to be a twinkâŚand it was a bad choice.
Thatâs not trueâŚnobody failed at preparingâŚmost players prefer to level up to max game, and play the end-game content.
If theyâre that focused on one aspect of the game ( ie: end game ) maybe they should focus on the most efficient way to get there.
Or maybe they enjoy PvP, or the freedom to play how they want.
Too bad that doesnât apply to everyone.
Seems to be a one way street, huh?
Too bad that doesnât apply to everyone.
Yea tough sh*t to you guys I guess, huh? Go cry to Blizzard, cause Iâm getting kind of tired in this thread with this non-sense at this point.
