Yes they have tiers, but they don’t force you into them. A 385 ilvl multi-R1 player can still que up for random bgs with fresh 120s who have never set foot in a bg before.
By your logic they should seperate high rated players from the rest in random bgs too. Then what about gear? Should there be separate brackets in random bgs at 120 for people below 340 say?

the just move on is what we do, it does not make it any better or enjoyable. This is why it keeps coming up. Because people feel its not fair or right. Its ok to feel differently if you choose.

Having leveled 1-61 over a few days and having done like 15 BGs, I saw damn near no twinks. And the ones I saw I steamrolled. This is really a player issue and not a twink issue =/

Yes… but you compared it to top level rated bgs. You listed ratings as proof that they have different levels of play and that it should be applied to low level bgs.
I am simply pointing out that while that is true, they don’t force you into different levels of play for casual random bgs. Only when you specifically que up for competitive play do they do so, which makes sense, rated PvP should be as even as possible. But random bgs are just that, random, the bg map you play on, your enemy team, your teammates, are all random, that is how that game mode works.
And why is that? Because the same handful of posters complain about twinks here making it seem like BGs are swarming with them?
That’s how I feel about 90% of these anti-twink posts. Implying every game you’re getting farmed in the GY by an entire 10-15 man twink premade, it’s absurdly comical. I’m not sure if the skill of the average player has just plummeted or if people are just tunnel visioning on bad experiences and ignoring the rest.
More because I’ve been leveling exclusively through BGs and the majority of them have had at least one twink in them.
Saying they’ve seen “damn near no twinks” from 1-61 seems like a massive exaggeration, if not outright lying.
Can you point me to where I’ve said anything about GY camping? I don’t believe I ever have.

First, they said they did 15 BGs, which isn’t very many tbh but enough at the same time. Second, majority of your bgs having “at least one twink in them” really isn’t that many still. Now if you said the majority had like at least 5, then we can talk.
Yes, that is the way it works right now. But not long ago twinks had their separate bracket as well. So at one time people agreed that there was a problem and it needed to be separated. You have two different playstyles. One that is not leveling and one that is leveling. The ones that are leveling cannot compete to get the same items realistically because they will out level the bg they are gearing for. Its just not a good plan to mix them in my opinion. You have your opinion and thats ok.

And not long before that, twinks were in with the general population. Twinks were moved to their ‘own’ bracket when they introduced experience to battlegrounds. I do just fine in leveling brackets with enchanted BoAs and whatever drops from questing/dungeons. In my experience twinks aren’t the issue, lack of ability seems to be the issue.
I’m half tempted to re-level this toon and record games / take screenshots to disprove this whole idea of twinks running rampant ruining everything.
