PvP is not fun at any bracket when it is gear vs gear.
not sure why nobody has told you this yet, but, wow pvp is a gear vs gear game at every level.

fundamentally true but like in all aspects of life outliers exist.
in this case the outlier is people exploiting a system to allow their geared characters to be usable in a pool of new players.
i am not sure why things need to be really spelled out for you and others in these cases.
obvious issues are obvious.
lets call it how it is, you want to destroy people with no resistance as a twink. i get it.
