I’m curious why you guys wouldn’t rather they make balancing changes over outright removing people from a queue? You’re both not in these threads for actual discussion, unlike Mauden.

this has been discussed. Its because its super hard to balance items in game. It takes years, and look how balanced they are now, with all of the balancing done in the past. Segregation is the key.

Understandable. I even have moments when I get bored in the game too.
No kidding. The horse has been beaten to death. Balancing is something that hasn’t been accomplished in 14 years. Separation was the only thing they did that was a cut/dry fix and every single person got exactly what they wanted. The only people who complained were people who feeded off levelers. Why this is so hard to understand is beyond me.
No one is saying balance items, though they do have changes coming. There has been two suggestions, 1: disable gems which gives the higher int/agility that we see on twinks. 2: use the scaling method they do at max. Damage is scaled if you’re lower ilvl and fight a high ilvl player (you do more, they do less) which reduces the power gap from high to low gear.

I don’t understand why anyone is still going on about trying to fix just the gear when that’s only 1 piece of the pie. There are more to this playstyle than just gear. GY camping is the norm. Spamming emotes, etc are not changed because of doing things to gear. Putting those people with each other does.
