My problem with the separation is that it presents a challenge to a player base that has been pampered and pandered to for way too long.

Turning your experience off and twinking a character is setting yourself up for a different type of gaming experience when compared to a leveler. I really dont see the problem with separating the two. I hate the lack of twink player base across all brackets, resulting in non existing queues. How us that the levelers fault/problem? They aren’t playing for the same reasons twinks are.

119 pvp is the only reason I play WoW now adays and if the twink community fades away and I cant pvp on my 119 twinks WoW will no longer provide the service that I pay for and I will move on. It happens in a lot of games, you grow bored, they take it in a direction you dont like or they remove the reason you play. Blizzard didn’t remove twinking, they made it so the twink community has to make the game work for them, pretty much a DIY system.

If we cant come together as a community (twinks) and make it work then it wasn’t important or popular enough to be a thing to begin with. :expressionless:

Kang you see I’ve admitted I have twinked, but I’m not upset about the separation. There is the difference, I move on I mixed it up, so when the inevitable day came it did not bother me too much.

I believe I could still switch xp off at 110 if I wanted, get good gear, switch back on and level up through the bgs. Still fun to me.

And as I said I’m not against twinking, but agree it should be separate from the leveling player base.

Twinking is still in your queues, nothing has changed.
Blizzard has really made the new 8.1.5 meta very easy to obtain.

I would wager this circumventing of xp gains by twinks will be addressed by next tuesday. Blizzard doesnt let the foxes rule the roost.

How do you suggest the circumvention is fixed?

I ask because we had several expansions where the same circumvention was equally as possible, and never prioritized or fixed; its only returning as an issue now that they’ve re-separated the brackets.

They aren’t exploiting anything or violating anything in the ToS.
So why should they care?

It’s the Player’s dime. They can spend it anyway they want.
