Never said I was?
The one constant that has existed since the dawn of mmo gaming: pvpers are sweaty tryhards.
Kinda funny they separate ques around the time quest rewards can upgrade higher then looms lol.
That feel when a shields procs epic and its higher stat then your loom. feelsbad.
So in order for this to be a fixed issue(âThe twink('s)â), Casual players who are leveling through battles grounds want the Twinks either gone from bgâs or stripped of powers such as enchants/gems? And then to have some system were everyone is the same in the bg and it doesnât matter what you wear?
Iâm curious of how that game would be
I think the proposal is something closer to Legion PvP templating more than every player being exactly the same. I may be misunderstanding, though.
Ya know, all I have to really do to combat that argument is post World of Roguecraft. PvP should have skill be far more of a factor over gear, and secondly you were wearing that gear because you thought it looked cool and not because itâs the gear you got from running dungeons or doing level appropriate quests.
âNever understood why anyone plays anything but one class.â
I have 8 hunters of various levels, but I have over 10 characters of other classes.
Since people want to abuse playing x brackets as y class over and over again maybe there does need to be different ilvl groupings that takes enchants/whatâs in your bags into consideration. Then people that go hardcore gearing, xp on or off both basically get into the same queues together and that supposedly would solve the queues being so long since âthatâs the average levelers gearâ.
I wish I had true statistics but Ill just go by what clearly happened patch day. Obviously there are more causal levelers and/or non twink subscriptions asking for their own bg, free of twinks. Blizzard responded and honored their request. This indicates that twinks are a minority and the loss of twink subscriptions does not outweigh the loss of theirs. I would suggest to just get over it, move on, the decision has been made.
âI wish I had true statistics, but I dont, so here are my assumptions anyway.â
Just like people that show up with full gear but donât play objectives and leave, causing your team to be outnumbered? and no, Iâm really not; whatâs causing the lopsidedness is people that OVERGEAR themselves for a bracket over and over. Otherwise why would they continuously make a character for certain brackets only to delete it instead of playing up to 119 on it? But nope, they keep doing it 19-39 because those are the levels that people have the least amount of gear to resist them and missing slots due to what quests, dungeons, and etc limit them to.
Blizzard is a business. A good business doesnât make decisions based on personal feelings or drama. Like any good business they did a cost benefit analysis and this was their decision. Its not rocket science.
The only part of your reply you didnât make up is that Blizzard is a business.
edit: and that itâs not rocket scienceâŠbecause itâs not, itâs pure speculation/BS
Yet canât figure out how to hit reply or quote. âLess than a month oldâ Has the STV fishing event hat. Mark of honor trinket(requires marks of honor to get), and a BoE blue with a higher pricing with actually some conveniently good twink enchants. Yeah, good luck convincing me youâre actually a new player and not an alt of an experienced one.
It is the average leveling gear up to 30+, so yes it should be.
Howâs day 3? Tears still just as salty or are they watering out?
Make deserter debuff account wide. Problem solved.
Do you think this decision was made on a whim? Do you think they didnât take into consideration what happened the last time the bgâs were separated? Do you think they didnât already predict the forum responses you see here? Do you think they didnât take into consideration how many subscriptions would rage quit and how that would affect their bottom line? Of course they did and still what did they do? smh
