Realistically, like the last time twinks were making throwaways, nothing is going to happen.
They’re going to throw this tantrum for a bit, but it’ll die down. Only the most adamant will keep going.

I did say keep heirloom and twinks together… the brand new players (there’s not many) can be in a bot type BG. Probably better way to learn than going against live players anyway.
I won’t claim to be a good PvPer but there’s also a difference between being a good player and being geared. If twinks are as skilled as they so often claim to be, they should be able to rock BGs with nothing more than heirlooms and crate gear, and yet you never see this happen.
Yeah, I get the same feeling. At least the problem will be contained/concentrated to the lower brackets if they have to remake and re-equip characters frequently.

This is only the first one to suggest moving anyone that cares about gearing their character to xpoff.
Next it’ll be BoA’s.

It’s fine that gear helps in low level BGs, but the ceiling for what’s possible should be lowered to what’s accessible without impeding leveling. The main thing to fix here is BiS items from dungeons which require farming. If nothing else, there should be PvP-earnable equivalents available.
Using the simple comparison to what happened previously, the results are obvious.
When that water cooler vote went through, it makes us question how many people were even aware of what occurred the first time.
Luckily we have the new “Epics for Everyone” theme working now.

Throwaway twinks are only gearing up with what is either cheap or won’t disappear with the character that eventually gets deleted. I gear my leveling characters that don’t get thrown away like this too, and I was always competitive with xp off twinks. So you want to stop even legit levelers from upgrading and/or customizing their gear and stats just so people can be lazy.

It’s welcome but urgh, more RNG… just what BfA needed. A vendor would be preferable.

The research we have complied has started to bring forth some new observations with how Blizzards choices are effecting the Sub 120 Xpon Meta.
It is really starting to look like this re roll system was intended to be used, exactly the way it is being used for displaced Twinks.
