This is what Blizzard says. “Blocking Team Progress” boom turtling is actionable now.
You can select that anywhere in the game.
It showed up when I reported a bot this morning in Blasted Lands.
You actually cannot access that report screen from the screen shot unless you are targeting an enemy player. Go in AV right now and test it. I’ll wait. Because thats where that screen shot came from.
The only thing that pops up when you try to report your own faction players is AFK/Non-Participation.

Game play sabatage is still an option.
Regardless… Just because you can click on it, doesn’t mean you should. There is nothing wrong with a turtle.
There is no “Blocking Team Progress” report out in the world… Its literally a BG report option only. For the opposing faction

So, you’re gonna report the enemy faction because they’re not playing the way you want?
Or your own team because they want to turtle?
Its Blizzards system not mine. “Blocking Team Progress” seems pretty cut, and dry in this instance.
Why can you only use that report on the enemy faction?

I would agree with you but, there are achievements that go against what you said.
Vrakthris in customer support needs to not ever talk about PvP. That last paragraph was about the dumbest thing I’ve ever read.

The point of AV is to prevent the enemy from taking your base. If you aren’t doing this and just running to the end then you are sabotaging the game. Of course the report system is completely automated so justifications are irrelevant for reports.

The last paragraph seems to be saying that “going AFK in a tower under the guise of ‘defending’ is not cool.”
Then again, some selfish players might read it as “the game has to be played my way.”

Someday Horde will get their stuff together and start defending at Galv with 25+ people. There is no better way to guarantee a win. At least until Alliance start doing the same at Balinda.
What he’s saying is if you’re alone defending TP or mines or w/e, you’d better ghost it.

That’s probably not a bad thing. Most back caps happen with a team effort.
