Anything over 10 minutes is a waste of 80 peoples time. At 10 minutes you can have burned all the towers and gotten an additional tick of bonus honor.
Imagine people actually wanting to pvp.
Imaging thinking AV is a pvp battle ground and not a race. WSG, AB, and EOTS are waiting for you.
If you want pve gear run Kara.

NOt really. If you are getting into the melee it can be 1000 lose and a 1.7k to 1.8k if you win the turtle
Horde finally decided to stop letting alliance auto win most matches and fight again. This means there’s good matches again. People crying about long matches need to realize there’s already a reinforcement limit to forcibly end them if they drag too long. If AV is too slow for you, then just go play something else. AV was never supposed to be a 10m race and Blizzard should have stopped this crap long ago.

That’s garbage, considering you get 800 or so for a win at 10 minutes, burning all towers. 1.8k to win a turtle and it takes 35 minutes? Do the math.
When you only get to play so often, adulting, nobody wants to waste their time with this crap. Maybe YOU have too much time on your hands if you can’t see the point.
