if you wait until your game client has detected turtle to fire an ability into it, you will succeed 0 times out of infinity

If I throw a bolt into turtle then it won’t stun the Hunter 100 out of 100 tries.
It does, because the animation takes time.

When I think of “animation” I imagine something like meta that actually locks you temporarily
not the visual indicator like the low poly turtle shell
