Turned experience off, can't get it back on

I turned my experience off right at lvl 49 so I could still do Legion without being overpowered and I was about to turn it back on by going back to Behsten but he doesn’t give the option to do it. Am I missing something?

There’s a bug that’s being worked on for that, but some people have had success with friends inviting them to a group and having it show up.

You can give this a try in the meantime, but it is something they’re working on.
