I think they mean if CS can get them directly to the boss they were on instead of having to fight through all the trash that’s going to be there since several servers crashed.
If that is what’s being asked, then no. Doing that is not possible at all.
Of course I could have totally misinterpreted what the OP was attempting to say/ask.

That is also what I think they are asking for.
No, that is not something Blizzard can do. They would have to do it for every single guild, manually, which is just not feasible. They don’t even have the tools to do that.
