Just focus on the fact that everyone is there in the raid with the same basic goals. If everybody handles their respective responsibilities, everyone gets to clear the raid and potentially get gear that are upgrades for themselves if the rng/loot system works in their favor. If you have pugs/guild runs that are feeling threatening or not a team atmosphere, look elsewhere. The experience isn’t just about data on it’s own, they should expect that you don’t dps as high as others with higher tiered gear. Just find a casual raiding guild that honestly doesn’t care much about parsing and just focuses on managing to clear content after a certain number of attempts weekly.
