Trying to reactivate my subscription and it fails

I am trying to reactivate my subscription. I input my credit card information, hit submit, and then battle.net just shows the message: “You are subscribing to: world of Warcraft…” but none of the buttons to submit payment are there anymore. When I try to log into wow I cannot. I had a problem like this in that past that led to blizzard charging me for six subscriptions on the same account, so before I do anything else to figure this out on my own and screw up my account, I am reaching out for help.

Have you tried a different browser? That’s about all I can suggest.

Delgan has good advise, if that doesn’t work, please try a different device/network.

I just had the chance to try this again and it looks like the purchase went through eventually because my account is active. There must have just been something wrong with the purchasing workflow and my browser (Chrome, no plugins).
