Trying to enter old 40 man raids for transmog and can't

I am getting a message “You do not meet the requirement for the dungeon” trying to get into Blackwing Lair and AQ 40

I did a race change a couple weeks ago…does that have anything to do with it?

Are you in a raid group? If not, make a private group in the premade group finder then convert to raid.
