Trying to Create Account Infinite Loop of Human Verification

Been for the last 20 minutes stuck in an endless loop of the final verification step of trying to complete Human Verification / Detecting Humanity on creating a new account. You have to solve either 5 puzzles of Voice verification or a Dice sum. I did several of these, accurately, I might add, and they all resulted in not being completed stating:

Only humans are allowed to create Battle.net Accounts

If I didn’t have an existing account to report this there’d be no way for me to even report this on your site.

Worth trying another device/internet connection? Bnet didn’t like my university wifi, so I had to make mine from my phone on data, and I was getting the invalid value error.

Ok that worked. Only had to do two much easier verification steps which involved lining a chair and boot with the finger on the left. WTH Blizzard.
