I really can’t think of where to post this but I am trying to buy Diablo 4 and the redirect fails from both the battle.net app and the webpage. Any ideas? Is the store down right now?

Yea whenever I click the actual buy button the redirect fails. Same in bnet app. Tried firefox and chrome. Chrome says it’s overloaded with too many redirects.

Try in incognito mode after deleting your browsers cache and cookies. Also, you could try an alternate browser.
Tried Chrome with a brand new fresh install… nada. I haven’t made any changes to my browsers or internet security since my last bnet purchase.
It could also be your security software blocking it so try it with disabling your security software.
Just tried with everything disabled. Didn’t work. Must be something on their end. Saw people were having trouble logging into the shop for wow in other threads.

If it were on Blizzard’s end, it would be affecting everyone. I just tried and it let me get through the purchase, so it is something you would want to post in the Website Bug Report Forum about.
No. There is an issue that some folks in Europe are experiencing with their version of the shop, but that isn’t impacting users on the NA version.
If incognito / private mode isn’t working, it may be something blocking your connection. You may check in the Technical Support forum for additional troubleshooting advice.

I am not the only one getting the error. I posted in the other thread they have the same error. You can close this one and make a combined thread.
Edit: It was a prob on their end. Fixed.
