I had to send three tickets back to back before i got something different than the exact same response so i agree with ya here.

What peeves me about it. If you get actioned you lose it with no way to get it back except randomly it seems.

I would of been a trust member 3 by now as i met all the requirements… aside from randomly getting banned left and right. As my brother states as he reads all my posts: “You get banned not because you’re wrong, but because all your opinions are unpopular.”

For real. What i expect would net me a ban doesn’t. Its always something small.
But I’ve seen people outright attack others with nothing happening to them.
Reopen the ticket telling them a cut and paste response is unacceptable and you actually want your questions answered. Gets you at least a human response. Lol

It is the case. The automated flag system alerts them. They review it and make the decision. So based off of what they told you, that’s why they decided to vacation you.
I’ve had things flagged multiple times as trolling and never been vacationed.
Literally had blue posts telling us this was the case.
There’s nothing that suggests this. Flagging is automated. Vacations are not.
Incorrect. Petitions are sometimes personal. I’ve been privvy to many of them. But most are form responses they choose from once they review it. On purpose, to make sure that what Blizz wants said, is said.
I’ve never had this happen when I’ve petitioned a vacation.
As I said before I vouch for the worgen here as i’ve shared many similar experiences if not exact experiences as he had. I’ve literally asked in a ticket if I could get the statement that got me banned so i can do better next time. And receive the same response without answer 3 times in a row. But after sending in like 20 different tickets within the span of a few months the system now shows me my post so now i dont have to ask what got me in trouble lol. Also only recently have my posts just been deleted instead of getting me outright silenced. So I feel like there was a specific mod who just had it out for people and i no longer see them reply to any tickets from me, family or friends.
Does changing your name in game affect your trust level? Since your name is now different or is the trust level tied to the character independent of the name?
Literally had Blue posts saying there was no form of automation in the system at all prior to that one as well.
Also Literally had Blue posts stating in-game reports had no automation in them then later when it was proved to be false statement they fessed up to that as well.
Blue posts are not always honest, infact most the time they are not. They just spoon feed people what they need to hear to keep them from raising pitchforks while being able to meet the bottom line so Big B can still get that fatty bonus check and continue to lay off people.

I never saw snowfox attack anyone, but i did notice people who argued or went up against green posts were always shut down fast and hard.
No evidence to suggest it, but I always was certain that green posters had or have stronger relevance when reporting people. So when they report someone for something they are just pretty much screwed.
They have a fast track to the mods iirc. More or less that failure of a system stays within the cs forum groupies.

Yup, because they aren’t going to waste the time to go through a back and forth with you. That doesn’t mean vacations are automated. It means they’re giving you the form response they’re supposed to give you.
Honey, there was none in the beginning. And then the entire system was explained. If it were automated, I’d get banned every time something was flagged into oblivion. And that’s not the case.
Flags are automated. Bans are not.

Y’all need to stop with the misinformation and accusations. We’ve all been banned for weird or stupid things. Just let it go. I’m too tired to deal with this nonsense anymore, so I’m out.
Not true, that is what algorithms are for.
Believe it or not AI is in a place that it can read over words detect things that are commonly considered offensive and judge based on that. But remove all context from it.
Seems like they aren’t interested in continuing the debate. Its hard to argue with someone who is passionate / in love with a game and the company behind it. I used to be like that until the overwhelming evidence pointed out Blizzard wasn’t the perfect place / people i thought it to be.
The power of the automation system can actually over power the moderators here.
I used to be a trust level 3 when the high elf debates were at it’s peak, as it was my only reason to come here.
During such time the threads would get locked, constantly because the “antis” were petty and abused the report system with character alts, for some reason, are considered thier own accounts.
The post would get locked, unlocked by a mod, and the auto system would immediately lock in back within 10 minutes. This would go on for weeks.

Eh there will always be people who wish to remain blind to the reality of things. It’s easier to accept then reality sometimes.
Fantasy worlds are fun that way.
As an anti i got mass reported a lot. But I never reported another post because I disagreed with their opinions or logic with anything including high elves.
Personally don’t understand why they don’t just remove the flag function from people that are obviously abusing it.
