Not without help, no.

I don’t understand the reading requirement, as it’s intended to help ad-supported forums, but you can power scroll through any of the big topics created in the last 100 days to catch the count up quickly. The quick way to read topics is to follow the link at the bottom of any topic to the list of unread topics.

Just to add for OP? Another little “cheat” to make it go a bit faster? Zoom out on your browser as low as it will allow you to go - I think it’s 25%? Just find the massive threads, zoom out, let it auto-scroll down.
You can also rotate one of your monitors sideways in display settings on windows to get the full vertical effect (without needing to rotate the monitor.
It’s not something worth jumping through hoops for.
