Trust level on the forums?

Since we’re discussing trust levels, I just actually created a thread in the customer service section of the forums with a very specific situation. Perhaps you guys can help me with my question

Excellent question, Zinbara, but I honestly cannot give you an accurate answer. These new forums are really very different on the backend, some things we are still discovering ourselves They are also still working and tweaking the backend, so it is kind of a moving target in terms of ‘how exactly’ things work. I’d just keep working on the level.
