I just tried to pre-purchase Dragonflight and when I submitted the payment I got kicked out and had to log back in… My bank is showing a pending payment, but I don’t see anything in my transaction history. Could it be that the payment is still pending and hasn’t reflected onto my account yet or maybe something else? Anyone else have this issue?
I’m not seeing an order on this Battlenet either.
I suspect it half processed. Enough to put on a pending, not enough to register as an order.
Just to be on the safe side, I’d wait a few hours. Pendings can reduce your available balance, but unless a charge comes through against them no money actually moves and they drop off.

I just purchased DF today myself. When it completes you get two notifications. The first is the Order number on the shop screen. The second is an email to your Bnet email address with confirmation and the order number.
So if it went through, you will get an email in a bit. If it did not, then the pending should drop off automatically, eventually. How long that takes is up to the financial institution. Sounds like it Authorized so put it into pending, but the order did not go through so that will not be finalized. If the vendor does not finalize that specific transaction the bank releases it back to you.
