i also cannot find the server i used to be on with all my toons. help please!
retail not classic also. classic is showing up fine
Be sure to sort the realm list by name. With the recent realm connections, the list has got a little wonky. You will need to fully log in to your realm for it to show an accurate count of your characters.

I am also missing characters, mine are from Frostmane Realm. But the realm is not listed in game. Blizzard . com site says realm is fine.
Have you sorted the realm list by name?

yes, of course. All of my characters on that realm are also not showing up on blizzard.com site.
Have you gone to the character screen of the servers you know you had characters on?
Edit: Try logging into one of these realms, Frostmane, Ner’zhul, Tortheldrin, and seeing if your characters populate. As these are now connected to each other.

Without more details, it’ll be difficult to help. Is there a specific character you recall that you’re looking for?
This would be a good first step, yea. Don’t rely on the “number of characters” indicator, especially if your realm was recently connected. You may need to log into the realm to refresh the count after connections.
You appear to be in-game and on the Frostmane realm right now.
