Trouble Changing Payment Method

Trying to change my payment method to a new card since the old one is expiring soon but I get an error every time I try to make the change. I enter everything correctly but its not getting added. And no info on what the error is either, I just get a generic ‘there was an error’ message.

Any help to fix this would be appreciated as this is getting highly frustrating.

Did you remove the old method of payment? Another troubleshooting step would be to try from a private/incognito browser window and see if that helps.

You can also try from a different network connection like a cell phone.

These can be tricky as Blizzard isn’t able to add a payment method for you. So it’s mostly about trying to find something that lets it work.

I did delete the old cards. I also ended up just clearing my cache and cookies and it worked perfectly fine.

So odd but I’m glad that mess is over.
