A disappointing update to my ticket today. “Looks like you already have 2 of these items, do you still need help?”
With the holiday crunch, they are probably trying to read through the tickets quickly, at least it was not closed like the first. I was able to add additional details and link this thread, here’s hoping third response is the charm.
Got reply on my second ticket today after 5-6days, they refunded my previous upgraded weapon .
Got my trophies returned this morning. I’m still out the enchant on the original weapon but I’m happy enough to have the limited currency back.
This same thing just happened to me as well on my rogue! Very disappointed! Submitting a ticket as well now.
So while blizz support was fairly fast in responding to my ticket and sending me the restored Dagger and trophies, I went to go upgrade my second dagger. This time I left my initial dagger in the bank in the hopes that it couldn’t mess it up like that. But to my amazement it decided to upgrade yet again the already upgraded dagger sitting in my bank instead of the un-upgraded one in my hand…
If any GM is reading this the trophy of strife vendor needs a hot fix ASAP.
brothers… there’s no way its been going on this long.
they share the same name, also if u look at them in Tmog window they only show blue, not epic. maybe something to with that? idk but fix pls. its our weapons lol common bruvs.
Anyone know if this is fixed yet? I don’t want to go through the hassle of another ticket fiasco but I really want my 2nd weapon LOL
Nope not fixed Happened just now. I wish they would put out an alert that it is happening so people can be aware. I didnt know anything about it till it just happened and i looked it up. grrr
