Trophy of Strife vendor

Same deal, bought 2x Drakebreaker Shivs. Consumed the Trophy of Strife for both, but only one upgrade.

Update: I messaged the gm after hours of tickets and linked this forum and he restored my original item plus gave me back my tokens. Hope everything works out for all of you having this issue.

Same here. First ticket got auto resolved with no help and i dont have the option of reopening it so hoping that the second ticket gets looked at soon.

Definitely resubmit! It’s worked for me in the past (after getting those canned responses), and it looks like it’s working for a few people at least.

Glad it worked out for you. Hopefully we all have our issue resolved. I would hate to have to be behind a week over a simple fix.

Just happened on my DH with the Drakebreaker’s Glaive. The vendor even lists the 366 as the required price, insane this is happening so much and just getting canned responses. My first ticket was already closed with no option to continue it, so I opened a second and also posted here.

They gave back the original and my trophy of strifes, they also told me to refrain from trying again because its a known bug lmao

how long are u guys having to wait to have ur tickets answered? (by an actual gm).

Jeez, this is disgusting, such a simple thing to fix yet i’ve already waited over 24h and estimated wait time to have an answer is SEVEN days…how can a company that used to have an excellent support go so far downhill…this is my second ticket since DF came out, i gave up on my 1st one since it was around 16 days of wait time for a response, but now its about timegated content. Ridiculous that we pay a monthly fee+expansions for this kind of service

I agree, it’s pretty sad. Try linking in your ticket this forum, seems like it helps prove it isn’t some one off error.

No reply after 5 days, and the Average Ticket wait timer went from 7 days, to 9. Not sure how other people got replies / resolutions so quickly.

For folks who are curious, the estimated wait time is just that–an estimate based on the oldest ticket in the queue, which in the past have included tickets that have been waiting for a developer resolution. It is not a countdown.

In-game issues like this one are addressed within 5-7 days.

i linked this thread in my ticket and they refunded me both my trophies and the enchant that was on my original cudgel :slight_smile:
