This promotion is very poorly handled.
Over 24hrs waiting for the actual Blizz redemption code via email? That’s where I’m at - and once claimed on their site, this is the last bit of info I got (and copied)

Or are you still waiting for the second email, leading to the claim process. That took 16hrs for me to get from receipt submission (they said up to 48hrs for that)
I’m at 10hrs, no claim code. I don’t mind waiting, but you always wonder if you messed something up after X amount of time (more so when no timeframe was mentioned in the confirmation pasted above).
*of note, I opted OUT (didn’t check box it) of text and email marketing/etc on the initial submission form which were not required. And when I claimed, it asked for email only, to send the code to.

Thank you for the info that it can be any bag of Trolli gummies…the CVS near my house stated on their web site they sell them in store so I’ll go there I can get too cause its close by …not having a car and disabled sucks sometimes…but I got my trusty Razor Scooter to get me there…still wondering if I ordered them in my Walmart order that is delivered to my house and sent a screen shot of web page showing I brought them online though Walmart if that would work too…its the only way I get my Groceries to have them delivered
I submitted mine and it showed the screen saying my submission was received. I have the email in my inbox from Sept 3 confirming this.
Then this morning I woke up to a new email saying my account wasn’t linked, I put my information into the exact same screen and got the exact same message, so idk what’s gonna happen this time.

I am at this step too. I made sure to screenshot the confirmation page. My husband’s email came in this morning to claim his credit and was emailed the battle net code right away. I am still waiting 24 hours later for mine…
Yep, 24hrs here too now. I sent an email to their support yesterday. Will follow up here either way it goes…
I’m at about 45 to 46 hours post submission right now and have yet to hear anything else after the initial submission received email.

What can us people who aren’t US peeps do? I’m OCE which still IS US servers. This feels like a really unfair promotion considering it’s literally the same servers. I am a pet collector and it just feels icky to miss out on something like this when i’ve seen the UK and china/Taiwan etc get their own promos. It really feels like any US server people should have been included in this.
Anyone able to help out?
An update.
Mentioned earlier I had filled out submission form, with photo of my receipt, was asked to enter an “OTP” code to confirm. Requested the code to be texted to my phone. No text showed up. Triple-checked that I’d given them right phone number and I had.
Asked for a code again 5 minutes later, still no reply. Kept this up every 5 minutes or so for an hour and never received a verification code.
Following evening email from Trolli asking me to complete my submission. Asked for a code and this time it showed up immediately. So maybe I might eventually get the pet.
Over 48 hours, nothing since my submission was confirmed. I wonder if they didn’t like my receipt.
Given it says 48hrs to verify, ouch… If you starred the spot on receipt, and it was clear, you did your job. It’s on them otherwise and others (even the Amazon screenshot above) had instructions to fix their submission if it wasn’t good enough, with steps to fix!
Something is amiss overall here. I may go buy another bag ‘for science’ and submit anew, to see what happens.
Also, in 12hrs, 2 days since I claimed (but no code sent) and 16hrs since emailed support, and no code or response yet.
Disappointing…

Did the follow up email come from another address?
Follow up email with the link to choose your reward? Yeah, both the initial submission and following Congrats Claim emails were from trolligamingnotifications at snippmedia dot com
Final follow-up from me.
Reached out to their support (trolligaminghelp at snippmedia dot com) regarding having never received a code via email and 1.5days later, received a response, again verifying that my receipt was ok and they gave me the code that was never sent. Gummi is now in my collection.
So reach out to support if you’re in the same boat - it’ll just take some time. Still no idea why the process is smooth for some, not so smooth for others.
Submitted my receipt (Amazon) yesterday, and received a response this morning with the subject line ‘DUPLICATE IMAGE’. I replied to the trolligaminghelp@snippmedia.com address, to be told it will take 3 business days for a reply.
The image I uploaded is not a duplicate, but the only image of my receipt, so I’m not sure what happened…
I’m going to guess they have a first-pass AI image recognition process to reject duplicate submissions, because some people are dishonest, and your receipt image triggered a false positive. I hope a human gets involved because of your follow-up and overrides it.
A 99.9% success rate in the automation will still means dozens of false positives or negatives.
