With probably tens of thousands of submissions for Trolli’s promotion, not impossible somebody else bought same thing at same time. From same store or from another store in same chain.
With luck your reply will trigger having an actual human being take a look at the two receipts and realize they aren’t the same.
Submitted a “help, wtf” email after 3 days of waiting for a followup from my initial submission. Told it may be another 3 days to hear back.

I’m still trying to find the place to redeem the code. Wowhead said on my battlenet account. I go to battlenet and there is no place to redeem the code?
What am I doing wrong? Going to Booty Bay to redeem codes was easier, in a way.

The problem was that clicking on redeem codes did not load anything. But right clicking on it and launching a new page worked.
