Trolli pet?

Ahh that makes all the difference in the world - Regular bag of gummies en route!
Thanks!

So I take it I can’t buy a bag online from a store like Walmart of Target or CVS as I will not get a paper recipient for purchase, can I use my online order form showing I brought the bag and paid for it?

I bought a bag from a local convenience store and thus had a physical receipt. The website had me :star: the item and the date and then take a photo of it. I then uploaded the photo and filled out the form. They sent me an email stating it could take up to 48 hours for processing.

While I obviously cannot officially make a statement on whether an online purchase form would work the same as a physical receipt, it would seem if you could mark the item and the date on the purchase form it should be the same.

What do you mean by had me Star the item?

Probably highlight it so that they can pick it out of the entire receipt.

Just what Sniperorc said, they wanted the Trolli item and the date highlighted on the receipt.

I was merely repeating their instructions that said to :star: it.

Does anyone know if this is US only? The wording on the promotion made it look like it.

Post on Warcraftpets says yes, US only.

From the Eligibility section of the Trolli Terms and Conditions:

Okay. This is how I did it for someone on an EU server.
I had 2 bags of candy. The receipt noted 2 purchased.
I sent the pic of the receipt to Trolli on their website and after 5-6 hours I got confirmation that the receipt had be validated. They gave me 2 credits on the Trolli website. I redeemed each credit on the World of Warcraft selection and was emailed 2 codes.
I used 1 code for myself and gave the other code to the EU player and told him “We will see if this works. An experiment in the name of science.” He used the code on his EU account and sent me a battlenet screenshot that said it was accepted.
There was much cheering.

Note: He offered to pay me and I said I do not have paypal anyways and am not going to sweat a 2 dollar bag of candy that allowed me to verify that an EU player can get the pet with the help on a US player. I asked Trolli if this was a problem, giving the code to a friend and they did not have an issue with it. I know that giving others a code might be questionable in the rules, but making battlenet purchases from the game store results in a code and Blizzard never had issues with people gifting codes to friends or guildies. I have traded gifts with friends on birthdays and holidays before.

How long after you got the congrats email, clicked the email link to claim, and entered your email to receive the code(s) did it take to get the email with the actual code(s)?

Been a few hours here and nada

Would a US guy be willing to sell codes for (how much?) in-game gold?

For those of us who play on US servers but live elsewhere on this planet.

Right away the first one. Maybe 10 mins for the 2nd. They are pretty backed up and lagging today

I’m in the same boat as this guy (live in Canada…)

More than happy to pay in-game gold for this if anyone can get a code to sell.

So, I had to go to 3 different places, as I wanted to get 3 of the codes (I like to collect 3 of all pets that are not 1/1). each place only had 1 bag with the WOW picture on it…So, I got three at different stores.

My question is, can I submit all 3 receipts at the same time, or do I have to do them individually?

According to some of the other posts on this thread, you don’t need the Warcraft themed bags, any of the Trolli gummies will do. Also was mention of someone sending in receipt showing two bags purchased and got 2 codes.

Meantime I’m wondering if Trolli didn’t realize how popular this might be and is buried right now. I’m supposed to get a text message with a code to confirm my receipt submission. Have been requesting they resend it every 5 minutes for a half hour and so far no code. Did get an email message though saying they’d received it and will respond in 48 hours. Anyone else have to let them know the “OTP” code they texted to your phone?

I had to do the OTP when I was registering but it came to my phone instantly.

Mine were emailed. But I dislike being texted for things like this anyways.

Double checked I’d entered my U.S. phone number correctly and suddenly wondered If I needed to precede it with a “1”. Trolli is an international company after all.

Do you remember if you gave them a full 11-digit number with the International Code prefix?

Just ###-###-#### as usual. I didn’t have to do the International Code prefix.
