Imagine if tauren got their heritage and they removed feathers and totems and instead got plate armor with bull and horde designs on it, it would be completely shized on for not representing the tauren.

Your poll of 103 people doesn’t seem to really capture a large sample size of the multi million player population

I’ll tell you the same thing I told the others. I totally agree with you and knew this going in, but without any official polling from Blizzard and no proper platform on which to conduct it this is just about the best we could hope for.

** I totally agree, The data itself is anecdotal at best, and the method by which it was obtained leaves much to be desired but with 97 people saying there’s something wrong that needs to be changed compared to only 13 saying it’s perfectly fine I’d say it’s a safe bet that the consumer on average is not impressed with the effort put in to product we paid for.** You’d have to be A.) trying to make it bad or B.) hardly trying at all, or C.) Completely unfamiliar with the concepts your work is based on and therefore not suited for the project, to result in such an obvious blunder. or D.) An AI pooping out a concept art.

I honestly don’t get the hate for this heritage set. It has a bad hat but I can think of two sets off the top of my head with bad hats (velf and DID.)

There are things about the set I like. You probably scanned through the post already and got the gist, I know it’s super long, if you wanted specifics I listed what I feel is wrong with each armor piece individually. If you still like it I’m glad you like it. If you’re interested in knowing more about why so many of us have an issue with the set there are good and reasonable reasons why some of us have issues with this level of quality.

Totally agree, the likelihood of Blizz changing it at this point is slim to none, but nevertheless I think it’s good to give feedback, maybe they’ll try harder next time.

It doesnt properly represent trolls which makes calling it their heritage a complete lie.

They dont wear masks in this way, they critically lack skull representation, no skull pikes on their bike which would highly represent the darkspear, it also looks way to clean to be troll.

Still waiting on that green jungle skin tone that was added in SL and then taken away from the trolls literally 2 weeks or less before SLs prepatch went live.
