I did a +9 Cinderbrew Meadery with my Monk “Chubbylee” and recieved a 652 Trinket, Synergistic Brewterializer. I equipped it and saved the set, and on the next run the trinket, that was equipped, dissappeared…
btw it doesnt appear in Item restoration list
Is it possible that you accidentally vendored it? Sometimes it can take it a bit to show up in the restoration system. Otherwise, you might get lucky and a blue here might be able to look on your monk to see if they can see where it went.

I’m sure it’s not a coincidence that this trinket is one of the turnins for the stonevault mechsuit.
Wowhead’s quest completion tracker is showing you’ve completed this quest.

Good point. If it was turned in for a quest, it would not be in the restoration list and would not be recoverable.

According to the Wowhead comments on that article it also says that the quest will auto complete once you leave the dungeon if you have an addon that does quest autocomplete enabled.
