Another Trial of Style is here and Blizz adds no new sets to buy. Blizz is it really such an inconvenience to just add a few recolors of existing armor sets, that are probably already in the files, maybe if armor sets are too much effort, how about a few weapons that are in the files, but not available to players.

The existing recolors are already kinda meh. Iâd rather there be unique sets tied specifically to Trial of Style since itâs only up twice a year. It would be nice to have something different, instead of ugly recolors of ugly old sets.

As much as I would like to see this as well, I have honestly come to believe that anything outside the 3 pillars will never get that kind of attention. Can you imagine the uproar if Blizz added cool unique sets to Trial of Style and the 3 pillar players who wanted those sets and had to do something outside of any of the 3 pillars to get it.

There would be no uproar. Just a small selection of players that always find something to complain about no matter what Blizzard does, i.e. the General Discussion forums.

you claimed there would be no uproar - I disagree because you start rewarding unique sets in there people will feel âforcedâ to do that content and they are trying to avoid that.
Sorry, Blizz is too busy sinking resources into two events that only 30 people in the world get to participate in.

Why worry about Mage Tower when I can just queue up for a transmog competition and AFK for rewards 
Nobody will partake in the events if there is no incentive.
Weâre not asking for raid gear.
Weâre asking for cosmetic fluff items.
Theyâve been the same ârewardsâ for years now.
It wouldnât hurt to have them throw a couple t-shirts, or solid colored robes, or a re-color of a popular item.

It really is crazy considering there are hundreds of unused recolors in the files. Seems like such an easy win to me

Iâd rather they give some sort of token to get pieces for older raid sets/PvP.
Like 1 mog I want to finish, the belt I think drops from world boss (galleon) and it never ever drops. Iâd love to be able to get a belt with that appearance through trial of style
I mean I think the uproar would be about people group queuing to feed themselves wins honestly.

As it stands you literally donât have to do anything to obtain the current rewards. You can literally afk, and 3 mins later you leave instance w 15 currency
Do that for an hour or two and you will have everything off the vendor.
Question (and no conspiracy theories, just use logical argumentation with no âwhat ifâ scenarios): if they are in the game already as existing files, or exist outside of the game as files, why wouldnât they add 'em?
Answer that question following the outlines I listed in no nonsense argumentative methods and you get close to the, most likely, answer
Still a shame, and I want more transmog whenever I can, but Iâm not going to be surprised that mini-events like these donât get updates very often if ever
I would enjoy Trial of Style more if people were rewarded for keeping with the theme. Most folks that win either put on their best mogs or their raciest (looking at you Elves).

Yup the amount of female elves and draeni (ugly af) that inhabit tos with skimpy mogs is lame. I purposely vote against them every time.

Itâs such a low effort thing though. Most of the time people donât even go with the theme and still win. Iâve literally put together a set on the spot to match the theme and lost to somebody who was naked. But you still get tokens even if you lose. The people who would complain about that arenât interested in the event anyway.
