There was a post like this about a week ago and imagine if they ONLY added eyepatches for all armor types in all the available colors. This would have taken like 10 minutes of a developer’s time and would have been enough. But nooooooooooooooo.

Their point is valid with holidays and in-game events in general. Holidays/events can go years without any updates. Meanwhile devs are too busy spending time on esport events that are invite-only, last one day, and are not accessible for 99.999% of the player base.
But yes I get that Trial of Style is low effort. You can literally queue and AFK to every single reward. That doesn’t mean there shouldn’t be updates to it.
I wasn’t saying that it shouldn’t be updated because it’s low effort. That was in regards to the other poster saying that people would complain about unique sets being locked into the event. But since it’s easily accessible and open to any level character, that wouldn’t be a valid complaint.
I personally would love to see more unique sets added to this event. It’s the perfect place to put items and sets that don’t fit anywhere else, like a reputation or raid. They could use it to make some truly unique items and sets.

Yeah you have to queue and join the group. You’re still wasting time in exchange for a reward.

They did add 6 new boot/shoe mogs this time. (Unless they were already there and I just never noticed)
and with new expansion raid tiers and new dungeons and profesion armors It gives bad desired in which to farm to customize the gear of our characters.
Tsukar leather set, WTF? We already had something similar in Northend and the Vrykuls, where there are more designs, what class has to be an extended content for this expansion? It will not be easy to convince with new beautiful areas and put ducks to attract people like idiotic flies to honey inside a carnivorous plant.
I love that it makes transmog free.

Right? There’s plenty of things in the files that have no way to obtain in the game. Just stick them in the Trial. I mean, I get that it’s probably all hands on deck for DF, but there’s been plenty of Trials with nothing new. I really have a hard time believing that it would really take that much effort to grab four items out of the code (one for each armor type) and just stuff it in the Trial. Doesn’t even have to be anything special.
Heck, grab a few grey or white hats and stuck them in. They said they were going to add some grey items to mogging, this could be one way.
I mean 5 people could AFK and the 6th wouldn’t know the difference. The event would still run and complete as usual.
how is that possible - I think you just get plunked up on stage but all the outfits would be the same.
