I have reset my password after not only purchasing the newest expansion to give me 30 days game time I also set a subscription up. It has been 48 hours and I have not had my trial restrictions removed even though the purchases have went through.
Facing similar issue. Please fix
lagtop, this is still in queued status, which means it hasn’t fully processed. Once this has, those should drop off.

Don’t those release in 24 hours now? I know it used to be up to 72 hours, but I recall that recently they got that down to 24. Are things a little slower than usual?
It’s always been 72 hours. Where did you see where it they said it’s now down to 24 hours?

It’s dependant on payment form also, PayPal can sometimes take longer.

There’s actually a Support Article for this specific issue. They did actually change the time frame to 24 hours at least a few months back.
It’s tough to get out of that grove of saying 72 though (caught myself a few times) since it was that way for so many years!
Hopefully their payments don’t take too much longer to process!

I’d give it a little more time - these really aren’t normal times.
But yes, if say by this afternoon it hasn’t gone through - popping in a ticket would be fine to have it checked.
