Do mages have some kind of script that instantly hits the darn things. Like im spamming target and pounce, and i instantly hit them when it spawns yet the the mage still hits them with a fireblast i dont get it.
Too slow. This is a git gud issue.

Tab moonfire rank 1 helps me tag as a druid but considering the other mobs a macro may be better.

Make a macro for
/target (mob name)
/cast moonfire
Place the macro on your mouse wheel
Yes. More often than not I’ll lose a tag to a druid using Moonfire when I use Fire Blast.
From my experience the only thing that tags a mob faster than a mage is a hunter.

We lose to boomkins and Mages.
Hunter will win if he can track whatever he’s farming so we can see respawns faster but as for pure tagging our shots all have a travel time.
