So are you objecting to any in-game item being sold in the store then? Because as long as you can convert money to gold and vice versa, the only difference between the item being on a vendor vs. the store is that the amount of gold that real money buys fluctuates. I’m not trying to be obtuse, just trying to understand your argument.
So in what way is this any different than the Mounts which have been given before?

Some people just want everything in the game to be obtainable via in game means (ironically this one actually is, with gold) but thats just not how it works anymore or is likely to ever work again.

Transmogs in the store make sense:
- They do not have a direct impact on game play.
- Most other MMORPGs have some variation of it, not just “Activision”
- Maybe Blizzard will pay for Customer Support.
With mounts and player progression on the store already why should I or anyone else care about transmogs being put on there?
