I’m in the same boat, trying to go from Mankrik to Galakras. I put in a ticket, got two kind of bad answers, then finally someone said that there’s a high volume of transfers going on at the moment and that my characters are still in queue. I’m coming up on 36 hours at this point to no avail though…

Same here, for over 48 hours. Made two requests and they requested me to wait another 72 hours, this is laughable.

Can confirm somethings broken stuck transferring for around 13 hours now. Previous transfers were always 1-15 minutes.

I have 5 characters that have been stuck for going on 3 days and my mom is trying to move 4 characters. we’re doing the Bloodsail → Pagle transfer. I still have the working gears and my mom doesn’t even have that, but it says still working on it when she tries to transfer the characters again.

I mean, the fact that there’s high volume is believable, considering so many people are stuck, but that being the reason is not happening… lol.

I have a feeling it’s more than a backlog issue and they aren’t acknowledging that. If it is only a backlog issue…. is there a time estimate?

Tried transferring several characters last night from Mankrik to Galakras, and all are still stuck in limbo as of this morning (~14 hours).

im on 72 hours rn and GMs keep saying were looking into it were looking into it with out telling the consumer what exactly were looking into frustrating

My paladin is now locked for over 24 hours+ and still no changes for a faction change not even a server change. If I can’t get it changed soon I’d honestly like a refund.
Faction changes in Cataclysm and server changes took only 30 minutes tops. There is 0 excuse to be treated like 3rd rate citizens behind retail and anniversary.
Well if they werent trying to transfer characters to a full server maybe transfers would work. The only server I can transfer to is Lei Shen and its full. There are 2 medium pop servers that they could have people transfer to. (but one is an AU server and the other is an RPPVP server).
Blizzard fix your crap.
Yes lets funnel X amount of people into a smaller amount of servers but lets also put a player cap on the servers. Tell me you’re trying to kill MoP without telling me you’re trying to kill MoP.
