Can’t seem to transfer. Pick my toon and server to go to then get a small popup for a split second that says something about processing then nothing, just back to the shop page.
same thing for me, didn’t get any response yet

I haven’t been able to play for a few days. I hear they are testing battleground merc mode.
yeah that is what I think may be getting in the way. I don’t see a blue post about it anywhere but my friend transferred right before merc mode stuff started. Maybe was disabled temporarily or something for this week?

Any resolution? I’m having the same issue…
Just figured it out, logged in on my laptop and it went through… If you have a different pc, try that.
