I recently just transferred one of my characters from MG to WA, however the transfer in progress cog next to the name is gone and the character is still on MG. I can’t log into them now either, I get kicked back to the main menu with the notif “Can’t Login”. I did try to login on accident while the cog was still there, not sure if I messed something up or not. The mailbox is cleared and it was ready to transfer, first time dealing with this issue. Tried sending in a ticket but all it does is try to direct me to self service which isn’t the issue here.

I do see your ticket - and I also see this transfer as unprocessed.
This could be a side-effect of long maintenance yesterday, but leave that ticket open if this doesn’t pick up on it’s own and a GM will be happy to look into it for you. If it DOES go ahead and process you can close the ticket.

Seeing the same problem, have a faction change character stuck on processing for the past 4 hours.
It isn’t necessary to post in each thread - especially since this forum isn’t Bug Reports. There has also been a Blue post in the first thread you chimed in on.

I have 3 character transfers stuck in processing.
