So I bought the 3 transfer pack off the shop. I want to move a toon but also faction change it. When I go to use the transfer token, it only gives me the destination realm and if I want to move accounts. I remember you could do it all at once when you paid for the service. Is it still possible?
Moving from Area 52 Horde to Moon Guard Alliance. Trying not to spend more than I need to and cutting down on wait time if I can.
It is possible, but not with a character transfer token. It’s an additional fee for the faction change, so it can only be bundled with an individual transfer purchase.
The good thing is that there isn’t any cooldown involved between services. The only time that goes into effect is if you’re transferring from one license to another, or if you go Alliance and then back to Horde. But just doing a realm transfer and a faction change will not have you held up on the account of one or the other. The only wait you’ll have is the processing time which could be a few minutes up to 24 hours to process.
I would advise you to make sure you have no mail incoming, no auctions in process. Also, beware of caged pets. Those are usually the things that will hang up a transfer.

I’m so glad to hear this! I was under the impression there was a cooldown but for once I am happy to be wrong. I actually went through and raided all my toons to move mats and gold so I made sure there was nothing to hang it up.
