I fell for the trap of the free transfers for one of my characters… I missed the queue that day and figured “hell its launch week of wotlk I want to play.” Now that character is trapped on a server I don’t play on… is there really no way to allow people with existing characters and who actively already play on these servers to transfer their characters back to these servers?

Unlock the servers. This is rediculous.
What’s the point of releasing a classic game so you can relive the good ole days with your friends if you can’t actually all get on the same realm.
My bet is that they are going to wait until the next patch, but surely 1 week of dragonflight data is enough to show that there’s more than enough people that went back to retail to open up realms now.

why are paid transfers not accepted to servers that are full if i already have a max level character there.

Please revisit the locked status of realms in the EU as well. Earthshaker-EU is still locked and the server pop has fallen from Full to High. The population on Ashbringer, Nethergarde Keep, Transcendence, Mandokir and Amnennar has also decreased significantly enough for the status to change (to Medium or Low).
I’d also like to know if you plan on allowing boosts and server transfers to the fresh servers soon as they are over 3 months old.

Has anyone ever asked to give a company money more than this instance? It’s the smallest change you literally could just allow people to transfer alts to their main server while paying you, it’s free real estate.
