If I want to transfer my character on to my other account with my same name and email address will I keep all my titles and mounts?
Character-specific titles and mounts will transfer to the new account. Account-bound titles and mounts will stay with the original account.

Just to be clear, you are transferring between two WoW licenses on the same Battle.net account? Or are you transferring to a different Battle.net account?
If the same B.net, you’ll retain access to your account bound pets, mounts, etc… but if you are moving to a different Battle.net account, any account bound mounts, pets, etc… will remain with the source account.
