I am currently on Mankrik and it’s a great PVE server but I would like to play on a pvp server. Is it possible transfers to pvp servers will open up either paid or free anytime soon?
why? do you like being ganked by bored lvl 60s in naxx gear constantly?

I thought even when they did have transfers it was one way from PVP to PVE but not PVE to PVP to prevent easy leveling etc and just doing the world pvp at max level?
They did apparently but it was already after TBC had dropped the first time in Classic. I’m not certain it was not just available on progression servers (now in MoP) but players were claiming here that they did so. To my knowledge there was no official announcement from Blizz about it.
Sadly the only option is re-roll. Tho I think you should reach our to Tychus, he has a PvP group you can join.
I transferred 2 from Mankrik (PvE) to Whitemane (PvP) it was allowed.
