I started the transfer to Silvermoon of a character named Elizahoward at around 3:17 p.m. yesterday, and she still hasn’t moved. I made the mistake of sending some mail to her, not knowing that I wasn’t supposed to do that, and I think that may be the problem. Would you please look into it? Thank you.
GMs would be the ones to help you with this so you should submit a ticket. I’ve done numerous transfers and other character services and there are several reasons that they can take extremely long.
That is indeed an issue and may be the problem, I do see mail.
You’ll need to submit a ticket. There is no way to just clear the mail and have this process once it stalls.
Problem with purchase should get your ticket to the right place.
“Problem with purchase” had no “stuck character issue” in its menu. I also used the “Stuck Character Service” without success. I submitted “a ticket”, but I’m not confident that it will be resolved without someone else saying that I submitted it to the wrong people, and that I have to go here or there or somewhere else and so on and on. I searched online concerning Blizzard customer service issues and there’s a huge complaint about the customer service maze. At my place of work, if I received mail that was to go to some other office, I would forward the mail to that proper office instead of bouncing it back to the sender.
You don’t want a stuck character ticket, that will simply port a character to a graveyard if something goes awry in game.
Problem with Purchase was the correct path because this is a paid service.
The below link should work.
I was able to get the problem resolved. Thank you.
