Transfer issues

Apparently I bought a transfer for my retail version and not TBC like I wanted…where do I go to remedy this?

The refund may not happen instantly, and IIRC ticket times right now are around 2 days.

If that doesn’t work, then you should submit a ticket. But it is easier to get something refunded and then purchase the proper service than to have to go through the ticket system to get it all switched around.

Yeah, I requested the refund and started over…was quite fast.
