Transfer Character wont work - Fixed it self

Hey, I paid for a character transfer on the cata era servers, logged on to said character and made sure they don’t have mail, active actuation’s, heirloom gear ect. when I go to the transfer button it faded out and wont let me transfer my character.

The Character im trying to transfer is Ethanoll - lvl 80 Paladin. Im trying to transfer from AU Arugal PVP to US West Whitemane can i please get some help

I get no error what so ever since i cant even click on the transfer button it self

I left it the night and came back and it was working not sure if anything was a cause but yea thanks for the advise

(Sorry i thought it wasn’t possible but i see there are specific transfers for Cata).

You might need to wait a bit for the purchase to process.

I’m not entirely familiar with what version of the game has what realms, but could this be causing the problem? I know you cannot move from US to EU since it’s a different license. Not sure about AU to US though.

Sounds like something is blocking the transfer, I’d only be able to link the support page to have you check all restrictions again.

Maybe putting in a purchase failure ticket to get billing to check for sure.

You should be able to transfer to any server in the US region, including the AU servers.

Yes, OCE to US servers and visa-versa are allowed, since they fall under the NA Region for the game license. Just can’t transfer between regions (NA > EU or visa-versa.)

I’m not seeing any of the usual suspects here.

This is VERY new, however. I’d first fully log out - both game and launcher, then recheck.

This may just need a little time.

If it’s still not working here in an hour or so, I’d put in a ticket and have a GM take a look.

Not seeing any pets or mail - those are the usual culprits.
