So how come I’m forced to lose 10% or more of my games because I cannot join the arena… when the q pops i click accept then I get a loading screen that does not load and then I get deserter debuffed and all my chat says is “transfer aborted instance not found” so my partner is stuck in there solo and i can’t join the arena …
when the q pops for LFG you get a little eye on the minimap that allows you to join after accepting the q … why is this not in arena q’s because im getting tired of losing matchs to teams that get free wins because the loading screen refuses to load me into the game and i have to option to join after the loading screen fails to load me in …
Upgrade your potato and buy a ssd.

Yea hdd has issues loading into several of them
so putting in a ssd def solves this issue?
It’s not you’re computer it’s some kind of problem Blizzard claims they are having with certain isp’s.
If you get latency and disconnect they recommend you restart your modem/router and completely restart wow/bnet.
It’s been this way since 8.3 and they still haven’t fixed it.
You can have super low ms on your side and get spikes to like 5-6k server side randomly. Super annoying.
well, that super lame … I wonder if a lot of people get this during arena qs and how come Blizz cant add an option to join the arena after it fails to load in the first time
I’ve never seen nipnipz issue but I know hdd will prevent you from loading into some of the arenas. Have you noticed it happens mostly at hook point?

It’s the same issue he is having guarantee it.
If I get high server lag and disconnect and reconnect without restarting everything I’ll get the instance aborted issue.
It happens every time.
I had not heard of this which might be what I have been experiencing. I have ATT in a rural area and for the most part I am running at 56MS but lately I have been going from 56MS to 2-3K pings randomly. I figured that it was due to more people being at home and taxing the network plus other household members pulling on the system with streaming services, etc.
Did they list the ISP’s that they are having issues with?
so have other people been experiencing this “transfer aborted instance not found” for arenas also ? cuz i rarely see just 1 person in the arena match everyone i play against seems to load in 2 people
There was something in the tech forums a while back.
I don’t remember if they had a full list of isp’s though.
About 10 of my losses come from the hook point arena I don’t have a problem loading into any other arena besides that one. Sometimes I load in 10 seconds late and other times I don’t load in at all.
Bump. I have lost about 100-120 rating JUST TODAY due to “Transfer Aborted: Instance not found” Can anyone please tell me how to fix this?? Does Blizzard really not care enough about their players to fix an issue that has been occuring for years? I run on 1GB Fibre hardwired and have been using the same ISP since I started playing, and just out of nowhere today I started experiencing this bug.
I guess a multi-billion dollar company doesn’t have the means to fix this. Hm.

I can tell you now, your HDD/SSD are not the issue. I have a 256g SSD and two 1TB HDD and I run WoW intentionally off one of my HDDs. I have never had that issue.
You generally need to relog and that will fix the issue. You can generally tell when its about to happen too. When iv had this bug i find what preceded it is that i cannot interact with any vendors or talk to any NPCs. If you ever notice this leave q ASAP and relog.
Unreal though how this issue has persisted throughout the entirety of bfa and they havent fixed it yet.
When people say the SSD thing, I know that helps hook point load faster but i know nothing of this fixing the transfer aborted instance not found issue.
