Transfer a WoW Classic Progression character to another WoW account

Why is it still not possible to transfer a WoW Classic Progression character to another WoW account on the same Battle.net account?

I have a main character on my WoW2 account on Cata classic, its the only character I play on classic.
I then have all of my characters on retail on my WoW1 account

Currently I would have to pay 2 subscriptions to have access to my Retail and Classic characters.

I haven’t even bought the new expansion or re-subbed because of the whole debacle on my retail account, it just seems purely anti-consumer. Which do I pick? Why do I even need to pick? No way playing 1 character on Cata Classic is worth a full subscription.

It should be possible to transfer a WoW Classic Progression character to another WoW account on the same Battle.net account at this point in the WoW Classic Progression servers life cycle.

Make it a paid service, make it free, just make it possible.

Because that is presently just how the developers decided to implement the system.

You’ll want to edit your post and move it to the Classic General Discussion forum if you would like it seen by the people that make those changes. Nothing will come from posting in Customer Support.

Unfortunately you need an active World of Warcraft subscription to post on the Classic General Discussion forums so this is really the only place I can post this.

Not really looking to subscribe atm since I wont have access to all of my characters

You can still sign into (and play) any character on Retail that is level 20 or below. This will also allow you to access the in-game suggestion menu.
