Stay thirsty my friends
The only people I disagree with in this thread are transphobes and bigots. That’s it. If you’re making hateful comments, you will get hateful comments in return.
“So many people, in this world, really need to learn this lesson.”
As a person dealing with depression and anxiety, I say mental illness is rarely cured, but managed instead.
…… Yo, I’ll tell you what I want, what I really, really want
So tell me what you want, what you really, really want
I’ll tell you what I want, what I really, really want
So tell me what you want, what you really, really want
I wanna, (ha) I wanna, (ha) I wanna, (ha) I wanna, (ha)
I wanna really, really, really wanna zigazig ah
Chromie is a girl. A tomboy, but a girl. Virtue signaling is not canon.
Edit: Coming back after a moment to think on it, the closest one could argue is that Chromie’s dragon form is male but he takes on a female humanoid form, which would make him a Drag(on) Queen. That’s the closest one can canonically grant, but even that’s a no.
Honestly Activizard attempting to make Chromie trans is like when JK Rowling tried to say Hermione is black or everyone is gay all of a sudden lol
Though Activizard only did it because they were getting in trouble social credit-ly and legally, so they put that (among other things) out there in attempt to appease the blind masses.
Sad that you have to sockpuppet to spew hateful comments
Chromie is a female dragon whose name was assigned before the original devs came up with the current draconic naming convention, and who was hijacked by a hack writer who enjoys arrogantly changing the creations of his betters while simultaneously riding their coattails.

“Evil cannot create anything new, they can only corrupt and ruin what good forces have invented or made.” -JRR Tolkien
Chromie is “Trans coded”. Not a bad thing. Just a WoW version of what being Trans could be since there’s no transphobia on Azeroth.
Fanfiction writers across the world being like: I guess we’re all evil now
Although to be fair some pieces of writing should’ve never left the drafts.
That’s what I said.
Transgirls are girls.
Chromie’s a transgirl.
Chromie’s a girl.
Glad we agree.
Yo that’s a lot of cope. I could use a bit the last few days have been rough on my mental and physical health. (Work) Can I buy some of that off you? Seems like it’s kinda going to waste being upset that a natural born shapeshifter would be trans.
Really I could’ve told y’all that at launch if I wasn’t y’know–a dumb baby at the time. It would frankly be kind of weird if a race of shapeshifters weren’t a little more fluid with their gender expression than we are. You know, because they can literally change it on a day to day basis via magical transformation. Why would they be hung up on the rigidity of assigned-at-…hatch gender? If anything it’s odd that Chromie’s the only one we know of. Suppose we can’t be expected to know the private lives of every dragon though.
Of course it’s odd. Because it was done as a shallow corporate virtue signal.
Nobody would care if Blizz introduced new characters with various lgbt-oriented traits (see Ardenweald questline). The problem arises when companies deem it necessary to hijack existing characters to conform to a diversity quota (hi Disney) instead of just creating new ones. That’s only going to create animosity/pushback and perpetuate this idea that everyone is a bigot that’s out to get you if they don’t agree with this ham-fisted approach.
They should’ve let Arthas live, but made him into Anduin’s love interest.
Troll thread and all but…
Trans tabbard;

Because tabbards streak vertically you’ll be wearing a trans flag I’f you select the appropriate icon for your brand new guild tabard. (If anyone other than trolls actually care)
Lmao someone forgot all the outrage threads on that one, whoops. Really shows you don’t know what you speak of.
Nah, because either way people like you always find a reason it’s not ‘true enough’.
